In the result, the consumer ase is decreed in terms of compromise.   The compromise will form part of the decree.  It is also under taken before the forum by the Branch Manager operations who represented opp.parties as authorized agent that opp.party will not initiate any other legal proceedings against complainant in this respect.  It is also understood for the compromise
