Complaint was filed on 27.04.2022 and was fixed for 25.05.2022.  Arguments were partly heard and complainant sought some time to file some more documents.  Complainant was not present on 11.11.2022, 05.04.2023 and Court Notice was issued to the complainant.  Complainant thereafter appeared on 25.09.2023 and matter was adjourn for today.  Ld. Proxy counsel for complainant seeks adjournment again.  It is a fit case where it is apparently clear that complainant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.  Complaint case of the complainant is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution.
