                   Shri Yadvendra Yadav, learned counsel for the appellant.

                   Shri Ravindra Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

                   None for the respondent no.2.

                   Parties have filed compromise deed.

                   It is stated by the parties that in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties the respondent no.1 had to pay Rs.1 lakh to the complainant, out of which amount of Rs.26,231.58/- had already been paid and the insurance company shall pay remaining amount of Rs.73,768.42/- to the complainant/appellant within one month from today towards full and final settlement of his claim.

                  In view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties, we dispose of this appeal.
