AR of Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise on 01.09.2016  which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP will refund Rs.45,000/- Accordingly OP  presented a cheque of Rs. 45,000/- dated 23.08.2016 drawn on ICICI Bank which has been handed over to the AR of the complainant as full and final settlement. Hence this execution is satisfied and decided accordingly. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
