          I have been authorized to settle the complaint with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (OP) and have settled the same.   I have received an amount of Rs. 2,55,000- (Rs. Two lakh fifty five thousand only vide cheque no. 953958 dated 15.04.2019) as full and final settlement.

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Rahul Shankar, counsel for complainant have been authorized to settle the complaint with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (OP) and have settled the same.  He has received an amount of Rs. 2,55,000-      (Rs. Two lakh fifty five thousand only) vide cheque no. 953958 dated 15.04.2019) from OP, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
