None for complainant present. Present counsel for OP. He stated that matter has been settled in Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 19.03.2016 on the following terms & conditions: -

1. It is agreed/settled that the respondent shall pay a total sum of Rs. 2,07,500/- (Rupees Two Lac Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) within 45 days from the receipt of treatment record, discharge summary and original medical bills (the same shall be provided to the counsel for respondent today itself) towards the full and final settlement of all the claims of the complainant with respect to the present dispute.

2. That the complainant shall withdraw the present complaint from the Consumer Forum after receiving the claim amount/settlement amount.

Looking to the above circumstances the case is decided as settled as above. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
