Counsel for complainant present. Counsel for OP present. They stated that matter has been settled in Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 26.09.2015 on the following terms & conditions: -

1. It is agreed/settled that the respondent shall pay a total sum of Rs. 41,000/- towards the full & final settlement of all the claims of the complainant qua this complaint.

2. That complainant shall furnish form no-28, 29 & 30 in duplicate within a week from today as informed by the counsel for the complainant to counsel for the respondent Sh. S.K. Sharma, Advocate.

Looking to the above circumstances the case is decided as settled as above. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
