Present Sh. Mandeep Bansal, Counsel for the complainant and Ms. Esha Verma, Counsel for OP and filed compromise dated 14.12.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP to pay an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- (rupees Nine Lakhs only) as full & final settlement within 30 days from the date of this order. The complainant will give all the documents pertaining to the settlement.
This order shall be complied with by OP within a period of 30 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
