Order dated 13.12.2019 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, Panchkula has been placed on the record. As per the said order, the OP/JD has paid all the payment to the complainant/DH and nothing is due towards the OP/JD.

                Learned counsel for the complainant/DH has made a statement that he does not want to proceed further with the present execution application being fully satisfied and withdraws the same.

                Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel of the complainant/DH, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
