Present complainant in person alongwith Sh. Ajay Atri, Advocate and Sh. S.K. Sharma, Counsel for OP. Counsel for OP filed an application seeking direction to the complainant to receive her vehicle bearing Regn. No. DL-8S-CK-2013 which has been recovered from P.S. Mahendra Park. Complainant also moved an application for withdrawal of the case. OP has no objection. Application of the complainant is considered and allowed and request of the complainant to file fresh case in case of necessity is allowed.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the complainant to file a fresh case in appropriate Forum in case of necessity. File be consigned to record room.
