Present Sh. D.K. Sinha, Counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant in person and Sh. S.K. Sharma, Counsel for OP& filed compromise dated 23.10.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP to payan amount of Rs.1,40,000/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement within 40 days.The complainant handed over NOC & double set of Form 35 to Counsel of OP and submitted that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

This order shall be complied with by OP within a period of 40 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
