Present Ms. Parul, AR on behalf of the complainant and Ms. Esha Verma, Counsel for OP and filed compromise dated 16.02.2020 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has paid an amount of Rs.8,35,639/- outside the Forum as full & final settlement to the complainant. AR on behalf of the complainant stated that the complainant is fully satisfied and case is disposed off as settled.
