                      Ld. counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and now nothing remains due towards the Ops, so he withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
