The Case was posted today for hearing.

In the meantime, the matter has been compromised between both the parties.

The advocate for the OP, has filed compromised having being received by the advocate for the Complainant.

The advocate for the OP has also filed a cheque amounting to Rs.3,20,000.00/- in the name of the Complainant to his full and final payment and satisfaction. And the same is hereby received by the Complainant through the Forum with his full satisfaction. Hence the case ended in to finality with full satisfaction of the Complainant by way of Compromised between both the parties.

Hence, Accordingly the case is disposed off.
