Sh.Vinod Garg, learned counsel for opposite party Nos.1,2&4 and the Sukhpreet Singh, complainant alongwith his counsel, appeared before this Forum and submitted that they have compromised the matter in dispute, and recorded their statements separately. The learned counsel for opposite party Nos.1,2&4 recorded statement that opposite party Nos.1,2&4 offers 75% of Insured Declared Value i.e. Rs.3,82,974/- in lump-sum as full and final settlement of claim of the complainant and the payment of said amount will be made to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The complainant has also made statement that the aforesaid offer given by the learned counsel for opposite party Nos.1,2&4 is acceptable to him.

In view of the statements of the learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.1,2&4 and the complainant, the parties will be bound by their statements and the opposite party Nos.1,2&4 will make the aforesaid payment to the complainant i.e. Sukhpreet Singh, within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Hence, in view of the aforesaid statements of the parties, this complaint stands disposed off. File be consigned.
