          I have been authorized to settle the complaint with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. (OP) and have settled the same.  I have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 38,500/- from OP, as full and final settlement.  I will give NOC and Form 35 within 7 days to OP.

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Jitender Chauhan, Counsel for ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. (OP) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 38,500/- from OP, as full and final settlement.  He will give NOC and Form 35 within 7 days to OP.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
