ORDER
The present complaint was filed by the complainant on 17.5.2016. Brief facts of the complaint are that the complainant purchased Life Insurance Policy-cum-Health Policy for himself and his family members from ICICI Pru Health Saver-Spouse. The number of policy was 1743423 dated 16.7.2011. After the purchase of the policy the complainant suffered from heart problem and was treated from Fortis Hospital Mohali and remained admitted there from 21.3.2013 to 28.3.2013. During the said period, Rs. 1,63,000/- were spent on treatment and Rs. 50,000/- were spent on tests and transportation etc.. In spite of submitting all the documents and completing all the formalities, the opposite parties failed to disburse the claim of the complainant. According to the complainant the claim was repudiated in March, 2016.
2. We have heard the learned counsel of the complainant and gone through the entire file.
3. There is no document showing any repudiation of the claim of the complainant. Hence the complaint is not maintainable and is rejected.
