Nishant Sharma   Vs. ICICI Lombard.

Present:      Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Gaurav Gupta , Adv for Op.

                   File taken up today on the application filed by the complainant for taking up the file and for permission to withdrawn the present complaint. Ld counsel for the Op has made a statement that they are ready to settle the present matter for an amount of Rs. 20,000/- will be  given within 45 days to the complainant, failing which , the OP shall pay interest on the above said amount @ 9% per annum.

                   The complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by the counsel for the OP and his complaint made kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
