Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:

“Stated that there are some technical flaws in framing the complaint and I may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action and original documents annexed with the complaint may be returned to the complainant.”

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. The original documents annexed with the present complaint be returned to the complainant against proper receipt as per law. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rule. After completion, file be consigned to record room.
