                        This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The complainant has sent application stating therein that he is agreed to the statement dated 18.3.2010 given by Sh.Mrigank Sharma, Advocate for OPs. It is, therefore, ordered in view of the settlement that OPs would pay Rs.20,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the dispute, within a period of four weeks from 18.3.2010. The case stands disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
