ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Harish Goyal, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that the complainant/DH has already received an amount of Rs.65,000/- from the JD and in lieu of the cheque amounting to Rs.13,300/- received from counsel for JD on 28.12.2023 as part payment, counsel for JD has given fresh cheque amounting to Rs.15,300/- bearing cheque No.257647 dated 27.12.2023 drawn on Bank of India in favour of complainant/DH towards remaining payment. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that the cheque amounting to Rs.13,300/-, in original, has been returned to Sh.Kartik Parmod Goyal, Advocate for JD. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that the order dated 18.05.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/868/2021 has been complied with and he withdraw this execution application as fully satisfied subject to realization of cheque of Rs.15,300/-. The execution application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
