Matter was passed over. On 23.7.2012, counsel for the petitioner sought time to file copy of the complaint, which was filed before the District Forum. Till date, the petitioner has not filed that document. Since, no body is appearing on behalf of the petitioner since morning nor order dated 23.7.2012 has been complied with till date. Under these circumstances, petition is dismissed in default as well as for non compliance of the order of this Commission.
