Complaint taken up in National Lok Adalat held today on 11/02/2017.

In view of separate joint statement of Shri Ajay Kumar Verma complainant and Shri Mayank Sharma Advocate for opposite party of even date, the opposite party is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 26,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today as full and final settlement of the complaint from submitting forms no. 28,29, and 30 under the motor vehicle Act in triplicate.    

Copy of order be given dasti to the parties free of cost and file be consigned to record.
