Parties have settled their disputes amicably. Statements of both the parties recorded separately. Statement of Sh. Arvind Khurania, Adv. for respondents No.1 & 2 recorded to the effect that both the parties have reached at compromise and according to compromise, they will pay Rs.37,000/- to the complainant within 30 days. Statement of Sh. Vinod Jangra, Adv. for the complainant recorded to the effect that in view of statement of ld. counsel for the respondents No.1 & 2, he is satisfied with the same. Hence, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same.
Heard. In view of statement of ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
