     The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, counsel for complainant puts an endorsement on the first page of the complaint that she may be permitted to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate court. In view of the endorsement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate court, as admissible under the law.
