20/07/2016 – Case record put up today along with a petition bearing No.427/16 filed by the complainant stating that the dispute between the parties been amicably settled and the OP No.1 paid Rs.5,00,000/- to the financier of the vehicle i.e. OP No.4 vide Cheque No.566226 dated 01.07.16 in favour of Sriram Transport Finance Company Limited, Loan Account No.TINSU0212240004 against the Policy No. 3003/76381577/00/000. On the other hand, OP No.1 (A,B,C) vide petition No.428/16 submitted that they have no objection if the case is allowed to be withdrawal. Complainant along with his learned Advocate present before the court and complainant personally agreed to withdraw the case before the court.

                            Considering the prayer of the complainant above case is disposed off on withdrawal.
