On the request of both the parties matter taken up today.Counsel for OP submitted a copy of order dated 28.11.2019 which is a settlement between both the parties. Accordingly, OP shall pay a total sum of Rs. 43,500/- (Rs. Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred only) to complainant under the claim bearing No. MOTO7014292 as full and final settlement.

In compliance of above settlement OP has paid the settlement amount by way of DD vide NO. 271831 dated 09.01.2020 for an amount of Rs. 43,500/- drawn on ICICI Bank.

Therefore no grievance remains in the matter, the case is disposed off as settled.
