The complainant , Sri Jeetu Malakar is present. His counsel Ld advocate Ms Anjana Gohain Choudhury is also present . Ld advocate Mr Indrajit  Borooah appears for the opp. parties-ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. Both  sides vide joint Petition No-1196/18 pray to  dispose of the case on compromise which they arrived outside the forum and the opp. party side deposited Cheque No-612980 dtd. 25/07/18 of ICICI Bank to the tune of Rs. 8,45,000/- (Rupees  eight  lakhs  forty five thousand only ) as compensation , which , they are liable to pay against the claim of the complainant . The petition is allowed and this proceeding is disposed of as per compromise . Deliver the cheque to the complainant on being identified by his counsel.
