 Dated the 29th day of July, 2011

ORDER

            Counsel for OPs made statement on 22.7.2011 that OPs are ready to pay 75% of the Insured Declared Value (IDV) as per the policy. Today i.e. 29.7.2011, Sh.R.S.Malik, Sub Divisional Engineer & Sh.Kulwinder Pal Singh, Govt. Pleader for complainant had admitted the statement of counsel for OPs dated 22.7.2011 and accepted 75% of the Insured Declared Value and stated that complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement has been recorded separately.

            In view of this statement, the OPs are directed to pay 75% of the Insured Declared Value (IDV) as per policy to the complainant within a period of 30 days from today, failing which the OPs shall be liable to pay interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of order till the payment is made. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
