At this stage, ld. counsel for the parties have stated that the matter stands compromised between the complainant and the opposite party No.1. Their statement recorded separately and placed on file.

                             As per compromise, the opposite party No.1 is directed to pay Rupees 15,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing which the said amount shall bear interest at the rate of 9 % per annum from the date of filing of the complaint i.e. 19-02-2014 till the said amount is paid or realised. Let certified copy of this order be issued to both the parties free of cost. It be consigned to the records after needful.
