During the course of proceeding, Counsel for Opposite Party No.1, 2 and 3 got recorded his statement that the Opposite Party/Insurance Company is ready to pay Rs.57,500/- as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant regarding the death of his cow. The amount shall be paid to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order passed by this Forum. Learned Counsel for complainant got recorded his stated that he accepts this offer and the present complaint may be decided accordingly. Resultantly, this complaint is disposed of as compromised and the Opposite Parties, Insurance Company are directed to pay a sum of Rs.57,500/- as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant in this case, within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of this case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
