1.                       Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OPs has brought a cheque of Rs.1575/-, which Sh.Vikas Sharma, Adv. for Sh.D.K.Singal, Adv. for complainant, has received and made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Vikas Sharma, Adv. for Sh.D.K.Singal, Advocate for Complainant.

 

I have received cheque of Rs.1575/- bearing No.415155, dated 12.7.2010 drawn on Bank Of India, Chandigarh Branch, Chandigarh-160017, in favour of complainant, towards interest as per the order dated 3.3.2010 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.466 of 2009. The payment of Rs.15,000/- has already been received by the complainant. Hence, I withdraw the present execution application, subject to realization of aforesaid cheque of Rs.1575/-.”

 

2.                     In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the execution application is allowed to be withdrawn, subject to realization of aforesaid cheque of Rs.1575/-.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
