          The appellant is the complainant in CC 119/08 in the file of CDRF, Kottayam.  The complaint stands dismissed on the ground that the complainant has executed a discharge voucher in full and final settlement.
          2. It is the case of the appellant/complainant that the signature seen in Ext B1, the alleged discharge voucher is not   his signature and further that immediately on receipt of the amount he had issued lawyer notice.  
3. The respondents/opposite parties were served and were set exparte.
          4. In the circumstances, the order of the Forum is set aside. The matter is remitted back to the Forum. The Forum is directed to permit the parties to adduce further evidence if they so desire and dispose of the matter on merits after considering the contentions of the complainant and that of the opposite parties .
          5. The case stands posted before the Forum on 25.6.10.
          The office is directed to forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
