Dhr and his counsel not present. Perused EP records and O/sheet dt.05-02-09. This EP is being adjourned from time to time for want of F/orders from Hon'ble Natinal Commission in RP.No.2464/07 and on this STate of affairs. LC for JDr had submitted for closing this EP for time being in this F/order served by Dhr as per o/sheet dt. 05-02-09 but Dhr and his counsel not present for submitting his filing.
