As per the record repudiation letter is not on record. Parties are directed to do the same. As per the WS, OP has taken objection of territorial objection however he failed to show policy record, same is issued from the Mahalaxmi Office that what is the address of Serving Branch and from where the policy issued. Claim has not been repudiated yet. OP is directed to place on record status of the claim on 12.01.2024. Copy of order be given dasti.
