The case record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the complainant’s counsel. The complainant has filed a memo with prayer to drop and close the case as withdrawn on the grounds that he has amicably settled the matter outside the forum. The learned counsel for both the parties have filed a joint petition with the prayer to dispose up the case on the ground that both the parties have compromised the case. Being asked the complainant personally stated that he has compromised the case for consideration of Rs. 66,593/- only. The OPs have filed cheque in favour of complainant Arun Kumar Dehury for Rs. 66,593/- only. Being asked and after understanding the matter the complainant has received the cheque by signing on the order sheet. So the case is dropped and closed as withdrawn. Keep xerox copy of the cheque.
