Present:  DH in person represented b Shri Surinder Saini,  Advocate

              Shri Ashok Vohra, counsel for the JD.

             

             

               File taken up on an application filed by learned counsel for JD on the ground that in compliance to the order passed by this Commission, the JD/company is ready to handover the demand draft of Rs.7,44,233/- to the DH.

              DH suffered her separate statement to the effect that she has received demand draft No.053558 dated 12.09.2024, amounting to Rs.7,44,233/- from the JDs. Now nothing is due towards the JDs. The JDs have not filed any appeal against the order under execution. She withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied. 

              In view of the statement suffered by the DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
