         Sh. Rajender Verma, Advocate for JD.

 

         DH Vikram has made a statement that he has received the entire payment from the JD and nothing remains due towards JD and he withdraws the execution petition being fully satisfied.

         In view of the statement given by the decree-holder, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
