Ld. Advocate of the complainant and OP No. 1 & 2 filed a joint withdrawal petition stating that both the parties have amicably agreed to settle the case for an amount of Rs. 2,45,000/- and that above mentioned amount is full and final settlement between both the parties and no further claim shall be raised by the complainant with respect to the complaint made therein in future. Heard, considered and allowed.

                        Accordingly it is

ORDERED

 that the instant Consumer Case being no. CC/143/2023 is hereby withdrawn.
