            The Complainant is present through the Ld. Agent.

         The Complainant by filing a verified petition praying for withdrawal of two A/c payee cheques bearing No.580442 dated 02/01/2017 for Rs.1,00,000/- and another bearing No.016246 dated 23/12/2016 for Rs.5,358/- filed by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. on 16/01/2017 & 31/01/2017.

         The Ld. Agent for the O.P on 16/01/2017 by filing a petition praying for disposal of the case as the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties.

            The Ld. Agent for the Complainant seen and sign the said petition with no objection.

           Considering the facts & circumstances of the case, the prayer of the Complainant for withdrawal of two cheques is hereby allowed.

            Let two cheques be handed over to the Complainant after proper identification.

            The Complainant received two cheques with full satisfaction and files a money receipt.

        The Complainant by filing another verified petition praying for disposal of the case as she received the cheques with full satisfaction.

          It also appears from the record that the claim of the Complainant has been full amicably settled and in our considered opinion at this stage this complaint is deserve to be disposed off.

            Accordingly, the prayer of the Complainant for disposal of this case is considered and allowed.  

Hence,

           it is ORDERED that,

                      The present Case No. CC/118/2015 be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction. No order as to costs.

            Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost for information & necessary action, as per rules.
