Present:       Sh. Rohit Mudgil, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party.

                   Learned counsel for the opposite party made a statement that they have settled the matter with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.2,96,000 (Two lacs ninety six thousand only) and the opposite party will pay the alleged amount to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite party will be liable to make a settled amount alongwith interest @9% p.a from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard the above statement and has no grievances against respondent. Matter be decided in the light of statement made by counsel for the opposite party.

                   In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled, with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.2,96,000 (Two lacs ninety Thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which the opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of decision till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order shall be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
