Manju Clive vs. ICICI Lombard.

 

Present:     None for complainant.

                 Sh.Parmod Gupta, Adv. for respondents.

               

                This case has been called several times since morning but up to 3:30 PM the complainant failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through her Advocate.  Complainant has not led any evidence.  There is no issue to decide the complaint on merits.  Non appearance of the complainant as well as her counsel on today also shows that the complainant is no more willing to prosecute this complaint.  The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance of complainant.  However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action subject to the period of limitation.
