Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 got recorded his statement that Opposite Party No.1, Insurance Company is ready to make payment of Rs.48,333/- as full and final Settlement of the claim of the Complainant and the Insurance Company shall pay this amount to the Complainant within 30 days. Counsel for the Complainant got recorded his statement that he accepts the offer given by Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 and the case may be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the statements of Counsel for the parties, the present complaint is disposed of with the direction to the Opposite Party No.1, Insurance Company to make payment of Rs.48,333/- as full and final settlement of claim of the complainant regarding his insured cattle within 30 days from today. Keeping in view of the compromise between the parties, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
