File taken up on the application moved by ld. counsel for the complainant. Ld. Counsel for the OP No. 1 has made a statement that the matter has been compromised for an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- in lum sum and requested two months time for payment. He further stated that the complainant will gave the NOC to OP No. 1 from the Financer. The complainant has also made a statement that he has heard the statement of ld. counsel the OP No.1 and agree with the same. He further stated that he withdraw the present complaint in view of the statement made by ld. counsel for Op No.1 and decide the same accordingly. Statement of both the parties recorded separately.
Heard. In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The OP No. 1 is directed to pay Rs.4,00,000/- (Four lacs only) in total to complainant within 60 days from the date of this order. In case of default, complainant is entitled to get interest @ 12% per annum on the amount Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four lacs only) from the date of default i.e. after 60 days from the date of this order and till its final realization. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
