Dated, the 20th day of August, 2010.

                                                            ORDER

1.                     Counsel for OPs has brought two cheques in the name of complainant, first for Rs.2600/- and second for Rs.2000/-, total amounting to Rs.4600/-, which Sh.Dalbir Singh, authorized representative of complainant has received and made statement for withdrawal of the execution application, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Dalbir Singh, Authorized Representative of Complainant.

 

I have received two cheques in the name of complainant, first for Rs.2600/- bearing No.200449, dated 20.8.2010 drawn on ICICI Bank Ltd. Chandigarh and second for Rs.2000/- bearing No.545977, dated 13.8.2010 drawn on ICICI Bank Limited, Mumbai, from Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OPs. The complainant has already received payment of Rs.60,443/- from the OPs. I withdraw the present execution application

 

2.                     In view of the statement made by representative of complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
