Present:          Sh. Balkishan, Advocate for complainant alongwith complainant

ORDER

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the statements made by the parties on 06.03.2024              

                   Learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement that the insurance company has compromised the said complaint with the complainant for full and final settlement of Rs.7,40,000/-. The insurance company shall deposit the said amount within 45 days

                   Complainant has made a statement that he accept the above statement of learned counsel for the OPs. 

                   Statement of both the parties recorded.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for OPs and complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off with the direction that the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company ltd shall make the payment of Rs.7,40,000/-(Seven Lakh Fourty Thousand only) within 45 days from the date of passing of the order, if the insurance company fails to make the payment of aforesaid amount within 45 days, the insurance company shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of this complaint till payment.

                    Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. It is directed that both the parties shall remain bound by their own statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned after due compliance.
