ORDER:

                   The complainant/Decree Holder has furnished indemnity bond for receiving the cheque of Rs.10,95,252/- issued by opposite parties/JDs in his favour and compliance of the order of this Forum dated 20.2.2015. Indemnity bond furnished which has been accepted and attested. The complainant/DH has accepted the said cheque as full and final settlement of his claim. The statement in this regard recorded. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn having being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
