 Present:    Shri Sandeep Saini, counsel for complainant.

         

                   Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh. He also requested for returning original documents.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. Original documents, if any, on the file be returned and photocopy thereof be placed on file. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
