ORDER

     In view of the statement made by the complainant/DH on 26.10.2023, recorded separately, he has received draft for an amount of Rs.23356/- bearing draft No.664419 dated 18.10.2023 drawn on ICICI Bank in his favour from JD through its counsel Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, as balance payment. It has been further stated by the complainant/DH that the salvage of the car in question has already been handed over to the JD and he does not want to proceed with the present execution application further. In view of the statement of the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
