ORDER   Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-     Both parties through their advocate filed joint memo as follows:             “It is humbly submitted to the Hon’ble Forum that both the complainant and 1st opposite party compromised the matter out of court and as per the compromise, the 1st opposite party is herewith filing cheque bearing No.289907 drawn on ICICI Bank dated 27-07-11 for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) in favour of the President, District Consumer Forum, Guntur towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant.             Therefore, both the above parties i.e., complainant and 1st opposite parties prays the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to record the joint memo filed by the both the parties and dismiss the complaint without costs”.             In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed without costs as settled and the complainant is at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/-.                 This the 29th day of August, 2011.       MEMBER                                         MEMBER                                         PRESIDENT
